I understand that Nevada Limited Liability Company's are managed by a Managers or Members, each of whom must be at least 18 years of age. A Lmited Liability Company (LLC) is only required to have one Manager or Member but may have more if desired. I further understand that the Limited Liability Company will be set up to be managed by Managers.

I hereby appoint Corporate Armor as the Resident or Statutory Agent of record in Nevada for my newly formed Limited Liability Company (LLC). Said appointment shall be for the term of one (1) year renewable indefinitely thereafter until canceled. Discount registration fees will normalize after the first year of service.

I understand that Corporate Armor and/or its officers or employees are not to provide me with legal advice, assistance or counseling and NONE is sought. However, I may from time to time seek your advice and consultation on business matters according to your best judgement.
