      Some new companies may not be ready for our Senior Executive Service, so we offer our Junior Executive Service.

      A real office, not just a mail drop, contracted for and staffed. This is your office. The staff is your staff, without the headaches of payroll taxes.

      Our Junior Executive Service features:

• Assistance in opening a corporate bank account in Nevada.
• Assistance in obtaining a business license at your Nevada address. (Please note that license fees vary and thus are not included in our price.)
• Your Corporaiton will have its own telephone numberwith a private voice mail box. Call in at any time to retrieve your messages. (Message notification available at an additonal fee of $60.00/yr). If you would like us to answer your telephone please call for a quote.
• Your corporation should have a telephone number listed and published in the local telephone directories the cost for this is $10.00/month. When the next directory comes out, you will be listed as a business doing business in Nevada. People can call directory assistance and find your name and number. This could be a very important point legally. Please let us know if you need this service so that we can contact the telephone company and establish this.
• We provide you with the forwarding of 20 pieces of incoming mail (up to $8 in postage) each month.
• A contract verifying that your corporation maintains a real Nevada office.
• You will receive newsletters informing you of additional strategies on how to use your corporation.

One important feature to remember is that the Junior Executive Service not only saves you money and is valuable but it is like an insurance policy. It provides everything that you need to prove that you are in fact operating in the State of Nevada. Even if you think you do not need the services at this time it is worth getting. Just like auto insurance-you hope that you will never need it but are thankful you have it when the unexpected happens.

      Please note that our Initial Incorporation Service and our Nevada Resident Agent Service are separate from and not included with the Junior Executive Service.
