Nominee Officer Service

Some new companies want to keep their individual identities anonymous. The only information filed with the Nevada Secretary of State is a list of officers. Our Nominee Officer Service will provide you with the privacy you need.

At the time of incorporation, an Initial List of Officers and Directors will be required, and we will provide officers for your List of Officers.

When someone calls regarding (or looks up on the Internet) the officers of your corporation, your name will not appear. You have maximum privacy. This is very important in the case of asset protection.

Additionally, if you want our officers to use their Social Security Numbers on the application for an Employer Identification Number (SS-4) with the I.R.S., there will be an extra charge of $200 (USD) over and above the Nominee Officer charge.

If you choose to use our officers, you will be required to sign an indemnity agreement.

Nominee Officer service requires our Company to be your Nevada Resident Agent.
